About Me

Hello! I’m Shahid Iqbal :)

I’m an independent hands-on Azure consultant and a Microsoft MVP specialising in helping companies to migrate to and make best use of the Cloud.

I have a diverse background with over a decade of experience as a lead developer/architect and over 8yrs experience in Cloud architecture and DevOps.

My expertise includes .NET, Azure, Containers/Docker and Kubernetes; I am also an active member of the development community and a frequent speaker at international conferences (see my speaking page for more details).

I’m currently based in the UK with experience of working internationally and I am free to work globally if the project requires it (subject to relevant visa)
